DESCRIPTION

This activity was determined by the Head of Bukit Batu Village, Mahendra SH. MH., in the context of implementing Village authority based on the original rights related to the customs and arts and culture of the local village community in accordance with the provisions of Bengkalis Regent Regulation Number 9 of 2021 article 3 number 2 letter (f). The team formed through this activity has the main task of being a resource person as well as implementing historical research and other cultural elements related to Bukit Batu Village.

The activity began with the "Decree of the Head of Bukit Batu Village Number 22/KPTS/BB/2024 concerning the Establishment of the Bukit Batu Village Historical Research and Resource Team" which appointed several HSE researchers to carry out the following series of tasks:

1. as a resource person for activities and/or for other interests of the village government related to history and/or cultural elements related to Bukit Batu Village;

2. conducting research on history and other cultural elements related to Bukit Batu Village;

3. conducting an inventory of the conditions and potential of history and other cultural elements related to Bukit Batu Village;

4. designing cultural heritage proposals;

5. compiling historical information and/or information related to other cultural elements related to Bukit Batu Village if required by the village government;

6. providing technical assistance and/or recommendations and/or considerations to the Village Head on matters related to history or other cultural elements related to the interests of Bukit Batu Village;

7. reporting team activities every 6 (six) months to the Village Head or at any time and opportunity if deemed necessary.

Every research in this activity will be published scientifically by HSE together with the Bukit Batu Village Government.
